Gleeson explains the unique Middle-earth approach to music. Although a wide spread of musical instruments (except for bellows and keyboards) are found throughout the lands, each culture brings a different art. Dwarves use their wind instruments as magic, Elves display their harmonious chants, and Ents weave their own language to create a complex style of music. Music brought many cultures together in their own genres.
